RedLine: Extreme Energy: Now With Added Fat-Burning!

Most of us have heard about RedLine at one point or another.  They make a variety of products that promote weight loss and encourage working out.  After all, they are made by VPX Sports.

I tried RedLine in three ways:  RedLine shots, RedLine full-size drinks, and RedLine dietary pills.  How did RedLine do overall and which of their products did the best?  We're about to let you know!

The RedLine 7-Hour shots are absolutely ridiculous.  It's pretty much a bottled timewarp.  A bitter, somewhat fruity timewarp.

They also have the full-size drinks, which consist of The regular RedLine, RedLine Extreme, and RedLine Meltdown (Fat Assault.)

Finally, they also sent me they RedLine Extreme pills, which I'll talk about at the very end of this article.

In all, the drinks tasted somewhat the same as the shots, only not as strong.  Here's the down low:

Packaging:  They look like things you'd find people drinking in a gym.  For good reason:  They take down fat and give you some crazy energy. I imagine you can find these in GNC or in the workout or vitamin sections in stores.

Taste:  The full-size drinks taste very syrupy, especially when compared to the shots, which are small and bitter.  The different flavors can be tasted, too, which is really good.   The Strawberry Lemonade tasted like strawberry lemonade if there was less water and more syrup.  It's not thick at all, just very flavorful I guess would be the word.

Energy Level:  The full-size drinks don't give you as much energy as you'd think, whereas when it comes to the shots, it's a different story altogether.  I drank half of the shot (which consists of 7 hours worth of energy.)
Do I punch it to 88?  No, Marty, RedLine it.
It felt as if I was in a timewarp.  Time flew by and I moved as fast as I ever thought possible.  In fact, I'm pretty sure with the amount of energy inside half of the bottle that if Marty McFly were to drink a whole one of them, he could time travel without the DeLorean.  Although I wouldn't recommend this, as you're guaranteed to crash with redline than the percentage of crashing your time-travelling machine.

Focus:  There was little to no focus when drinking the drinks.  I felt jittery and I had to move constantly after drinking them.  I felt as if I couldn't stop.  Up to the point where I crashed, that is.  I think it's safe to say that I, in fact, redlined and went too fast.

As for the pills they sent, they are "dietary supplements."  However, I took two and couldn't even comprehend eating the entire day. I just wasn't hungry.  And still today, I don't eat as much as I usually do.  It's a very odd feeling, but it'd be an amazing dietary supplement that I suggest getting if you're looking to lose weight.

OVERALL GRADE: B-  Sure, the drinks are bitter or syrupy, but I'll be damned if it didn't energize me. The only thing missing from my life after drinking that is the Benny Hill theme song.  If you want to RedLine, get just one shot.  You'll be going faster than a 2012 Nissan GT-R on the autobahn, and that's a fact.

What do you think?  Did we get it right?  Tell us on Twitter @GeekPreview using the hashtag #ERoundup!

I'd like to take the time to thank Phil from RedLine for allowing me to use their product in the Energy Review Roundup!  It's a pleasure to be able to use one of the big names in energy in our roundup.
